At Reach Fertility, we are proud to offer our patients access to innovative clinical research designed to advance fertility care and improve outcomes while also helping our patients to save on treatment costs. Participating in a clinical study is an opportunity to receive leading-edge treatment while contributing to scientific progress that can help countless others on their family-building journey.
We are currently enrolling participants in three exciting clinical studies:
1. Fertilo IVF Study: Investigating a New Approach to Egg Maturation
The Fertilo IVF Study is evaluating an investigational fertility treatment that could potentially shorten the IVF process and reduce the risk of Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS).
Traditionally, eggs mature inside the body before they are retrieved during IVF. In this study, however, eggs are matured in the laboratory—a process called in vitro maturation (IVM)—with the help of engineered ovarian support cells. IVM has been used in fertility care for over 30 years, and this study compares the investigational IVM product to an already FDA-approved option.
This innovative approach may shorten the IVF timeline and make the process safer for some patients.

2. Rebalance PCOS Study: A New Option for Women with PCOS
For women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) who have not responded to traditional ovulation induction medication—or who are unable or choose not to take it—the Rebalance Study offers another potential path to pregnancy.
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medical device, the May Health System, designed to treat infertility in women with PCOS.
If you have PCOS and are exploring alternative fertility treatments, this study may be an option for you.

3. The PROGRESS Study: Supporting Early Pregnancy After Frozen Embryo Transfer
The PROGRESS Study is researching a new way to administer progesterone, a hormone critical for supporting implantation and early pregnancy after a frozen embryo transfer (FET).
This investigational study evaluates whether a subcutaneous (under-the-skin) progesterone injection is safe and effective compared to traditional methods.
If you are preparing for a frozen embryo transfer, this study may provide an alternative progesterone support option.
