Stephanie Graham, MS, brings a passion for clinical research and women’s health to her role as Clinical Research Coordinator at Reach Fertility. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, followed by a Master of Science in Clinical Research and Product Development from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
Before joining Reach, Stephanie gained valuable clinical research experience working on respiratory virus vaccine trials, including Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical trials for the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Her transition into fertility research reflects a longstanding interest in women’s health and a desire to contribute to an area of medicine that has historically been underrepresented in research.
One of Stephanie’s greatest strengths is her ability to make clinical research feel approachable. She loves educating patients about research opportunities and helping them understand that participating in a clinical trial doesn’t have to be intimidating or scary. From the very first conversation, Stephanie walks patients through each step of the qualification process, answering questions and making sure they feel informed and comfortable along the way.
Once a patient qualifies for a study, Stephanie remains by their side throughout their entire IVF treatment journey. She works closely with patients and the clinical team to ensure they receive the highest level of care, understand what to expect at every stage, and have the best possible opportunity for a successful outcome as a clinical research participant.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys reading, spending time with her nieces, and hanging out with her cat and dog. She is also excited to be getting back into horseback riding—a hobby she is rediscovering and enjoying in her free time.
